Sydney Mei Ruf-Wong

Sydney Mei Ruf-Wong is an NYC-based musical theatre and concert dance performer. She hails from nearby Platteville, WI, which made it possible to pirouette and jeté through all twelve years of Marina O’Rourke’s Dubuque Academy of Ballet Program where she portrayed memorable roles such as “Cinderella” and the “Sugar Plum Fairy.” She continued her education as a performer at UW-Milwaukee’s Peck School of the Arts in the BFA Musical Theatre Program. Sydney has performed in a wide spectrum of the arts from contemporary theatre to aerial arts to site-specific dance with companies including Royal Caribbean International, Anabella Lenzu DanceDrama, SilvaDance Company and others. Some Regional and New York credits include productions with North Shore Music Theatre, Theatre By the Sea, The Wick Theatre, Theatre for the New City, SoHo Playhouse, and Roots and Wings Theatre.
