Max Roll is an actor based out of New York and London. Recent credits include 2 Pianos 4 Hands (Chemainus Theatre); The Great Gatsby (UK National Tour); Much Ado About Nothing and Twelfth Night (dir. Hal Chambers, RBL Theatre); Romeo and Juliet (u/s Capulet, Yale Rep); We Have Always Lived in the Castle (u/s John Blackwood, dir. Anne Kauffman, Yale Rep). Other roles at Yale also include Roy Cohn in Angels in America (dir. Ron Van Lieu), Dorn in The Seagull, Jules in Sunday in the Park with George and title roles in Antony and Cleopatra and King Lear as well as numerous new play works and plays for the Yale Cabaret. Max continues to workshop Redrum: The Musical Parody of The Shining by Joe Lovero and Jon Hugo Ungar, starring Tony Award winner Alice Ripley and three time Tony nominee Marc Kudisch. Max is also the voice behind several audio books, including Stephanie Zweigs Oscar winning Nowhere in Africa Max holds a BA from Queens College and is a proud graduate of the Yale School of Drama.
