Instructions for paying tuition and registration fees:
The following discounts are available to campers, and must be noted on the registration form. Please note that discounts may not be “stacked” – the limit is one per student.
The DSO Summer Camps Program is committed to enabling students to participate, regardless of financial concerns. To that end, there are a limited number of need-based scholarships available on a first-come, first-served basis.
If you are interested in requesting a need-based scholarship, please submit a completed “Need-Based Scholarship Request Form” (click here) with your registration.
Written cancellations received four weeks prior to the camp start date will receive a full refund, less the $50 non-refundable deposit. No refunds are given within four weeks of the camp start date, though substitutions are accepted. If cancelling due to a medical circumstance, a doctor’s note and written request must be submitted. Once received and confirmed, refund/credit will be issued on a case-by-case basis.
